The project involved the construction of two office towers, including the structure, MEP works, and finishes. The two towers - a west tower and an east tower, are built on top of an existing car park. Each tower is 29 storeys high with a ground floor, mezzanine floor, and 27 floors, and rise up to a height of 117 metres.
The construction also included four additional levels of car parking for 780 vehicles, a new underground water tank and pump room, and a new HV building to house the transformers, generator and switchgears for the west tower.
Constructed as the second phase of the ZADCO/GASCO Headquarters Complex, the new towers serve as the Headquarters for the ADNOC Group of Companies.
The total area constructed is 126,746 square metres, providing an office area of 70,175 square metres.
