Iris Bay features a unique design and incorporates sustainability factors, making it is a one-of-a-kind structure in Dubai’s Business Bay.
With a built-up area of more than 74,000 square metres, the project involves the construction of a 36-storey office tower with three basements, a ground floor, three podium levels and a podium roof.
The design comprises two identical, double-curved, pixilated shells which are rotated and cantilevered over the podium. The rear elevation is a continuous vertical curve punctuated by balconies, while the front elevation is made up of seven zones of rotated glass.
The tower will incorporate both passive and active environmental features and sits on a four-storey perforated podium.
